Different positions in the project development + presentation of the calender

We need people in different positions to run the project. Economy needs to be handled, the exhibition opening needs to be planned etc. Further into the project we will have to divide the team into different groups dealing with production, visuals, marketing(?), etc.

It would be good if everyone can, over the weekend,  think about what function to fill so that we can make a complete list for the team.

We will also present the calender, as of now, for the development of the exhibition.
